Return Policy

Return Policy New, unused, unopened, unworn product purchased from are eligible for a refund. Please visit our PinkBunny Shopping Guarantee page to learn how our guarantee works. To be eligible for a return your product must meet these rules:

• All product(s) must be unopened, unused, or unworn

• All product(s) must still be in their original packaging and include tags when applicable • We do not accept returns of clearance, final sale, or free gifts

• We do not accept returns for any undergarments

• For health and safety, any product(s) that appear to be opened, used, or worn will not be accepted for a return and be disposed of at our warehouse.

We are not responsible/required to issue refunds when we dispose of your product(s). Once we have verified that your purchase is eligible for our PinkBunny Guarantee, we will send you instructions on where you must ship back your product(s).

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend an insured tracking method for your return since we are not responsible for packages until they are received at our warehouse. Please rely on your courier provided tracking number to confirm that your product was delivered to the warehouse. Once we have inspected your return and deem it valid, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment and notify you via email about the successful return. Please note, an online credit will be issued in the event that we are unable to process your credit card refund.

We will send your online credit to the email your original order was placed from. Online credit has no expiration date, and is good for purchases on only. Returns received after the 30 day return window will not be issued an online credit, and any product(s) will be disposed of securely
