Returns & Refunds

  • We are not liable for any return packages that become lost or stolen in transit. Make sure to keep your proof of postage and your return tracking number when shipping back your returns!
  • All returns must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) return invoice issued by customer support that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If it’s not filled out correctly, your return may not be accepted.
  • Did we make a mistake? Help up fix it! Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are refunded via store credit. You’ll receive a RUBYKISS gift card.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Customers are responsible for original and return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items returned outside of the return periods stated above that are not faulty will be disposed of in a safe and responsible manner. Returns outside of the return window are not entitled to a refund or replacement. This also applies to any non-RUBYKISS items we receive, so please, don’t send us anything extra.
  • In-person drop-offs are not accepted at our distribution center. We’re sure you’re lovely, but our distribution center is private. No visitors, please!
  • When you start a return with us below, we’ll give you a return approval RMA (return merchandise authorization), which will include where to ship the products. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

    Can I Exchange Items?
    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges! Don’t worry, though. You can return your items via mail in accordance with the above return policy in exchange for store credit. That way, you can get yourself a brand-new item on RUBYKISS!

    Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
